What metrics does the Metricgram dashboard track?

The dashboard tracks messages sent, active members, new joins and departures, reactions, activity by hour and day of the week, top contributors, and growth trends over time.

Can I manage multiple Telegram groups from one dashboard?

Yes. You can connect multiple groups, within your plan's group limit, and select each one from the dashboard. Analytics and management tools are shown for the selected group.

How often is the dashboard data updated?

The standard Bot API capture path records activity received after the bot is connected and has the required permissions. A separate optional extraction workflow may import available earlier messages; it is distinct from linking your Telegram account or connecting the group.

Can I export my group data?

You can download filtered member and message table rows as CSV. This is not a complete group-data backup; dashboards and reports can be printed or saved as PDF.
