What can the chatbot use as reference material?

Add instructions in Metricgram and select eligible vector stores from your OpenAI account as reference material. The assistant uses these sources when responding; this is not model training and it does not guarantee a correct answer.

Can the chatbot respond in multiple languages?

Yes. Metricgram tells the chatbot to answer in the language each member writes in. How well it does depends on the OpenAI model you choose, so test it with the languages your members use.

How do I control chatbot costs?

Set the chatbot's maximum responses per user per day. This can limit usage, but it does not set a fixed price; OpenAI charges depend on your model and actual usage.
