Data Export & Reporting for Telegram

Filtered Member CSV

Download member rows from the selected group's Users table. The export follows the current search and sort filters and includes the user fields available in that table.

Filtered Message CSV

Download message rows from the selected group's Messages table using its current filters. This is table data, not a complete archive of Telegram messages.

Printable Dashboards and Reports

Use the dashboard's print action or open a report's printable view to save a PDF. Report views do not provide a CSV export.

API and MCP Access

For programmatic access, API keys work with the MCP server on every paid plan, and with the REST API on the Elite plan. Use the API documentation to check available data, actions, and token scopes.

What formats can I export data in?

The Users and Messages tables offer CSV downloads. Dashboards and reports can be printed or saved as PDF; the API provides programmatic access to its documented endpoints on eligible plans.

Can I export data for a specific date range?

The CSV download follows the current search and table filters. Dashboard charts and reports have their own date controls, but those views do not create a CSV export.

Is there a limit on how much data I can export?

There is no single download for all group data. CSV files contain the rows returned by the selected table and its current filters; use the API documentation for the limits and pagination of individual endpoints.

Does exporting data affect my group or members?

No. Exporting is a read-only operation that doesn't change anything in your group. Members are not notified when you export data, and the export process doesn't affect group performance.
