Data we process
Depending on how you use Metricgram, we may process account details, email address, login events, Telegram identifiers, group metadata, community activity, subscription information, support messages, referral data, and technical logs.
If you enable optional features, we may also process scheduled messages, welcome messages, trigger rules, chatbot settings, extraction credentials, directory listing data, or Stripe Connect configuration.
Why we use data
We use data to authenticate users, connect Telegram groups, deliver automation, display analytics, process billing, prevent abuse, provide support, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
For AI-assisted features, relevant prompts or support context may be sent to the configured AI provider only when the feature is enabled or requested.
Processors and recipients
Metricgram relies on trusted service providers that process data on our behalf or as independent controllers where their own services require it.
- Stripe Billing, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, and connected-account payments.
- Telegram Bot and group interactions needed for the community features you configure.
- Mailgun, Google, AWS, OpenAI Email delivery, authentication or analytics, hosting or storage, and optional AI workflows.
Retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as needed for the service, security, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, or legitimate operational records.
Account deletion and data requests can be sent to Metricgram. Some records may need to be retained when required by law or payment/accounting rules.
