Activity Summaries for Telegram

Catch up on a group's recorded conversations with a daily, weekly, or monthly AI recap. Choose where the recap is delivered, then check the original discussion before acting on an important detail.

Recaps from captured group messages

Metricgram prepares a recap from group messages it has received and stored for the selected period. Standard Bot API capture starts with updates received after connection; separately configured optional extraction may import available earlier messages. An AI summary can omit or misstate details.

Flexible Frequency

Choose a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule for each group, or generate a recap from the dashboard when you need one. Pick a cadence that leaves enough time for a useful discussion rather than sending a recap after every small exchange.

Choose a group destination

Deliver a scheduled summary to the group's general chat or one selected topic. Topic settings choose where the recap is posted; the recap still covers the group's captured messages for that period rather than creating a separate analysis for each topic.

Use summaries as a starting point

A recap can help a moderator find themes or questions worth reviewing. For decisions, moderation, or member commitments, verify the detail in Telegram instead of treating generated text as a complete record.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which messages can a summary include?

It uses messages Metricgram has captured for the group during the selected period. Standard Bot API capture starts after connection; the separate optional extraction workflow may import available earlier group messages. Private chats are not included.

Can I customize how often summaries are generated?

Yes. Set a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule for a group, and generate a summary manually from the dashboard when needed.

Does choosing a topic create a summary just for that topic?

No. The topic setting selects where the scheduled summary is posted. The summary is prepared from the group's captured messages for the selected period.

Can I rely on an AI summary as a complete record?

No. A summary is a convenient recap, not a transcript. Review the original Telegram conversation before acting on a quote, decision, or other important detail.
