Metricgram offers flexible plans to suit communities of all sizes, from small groups to large-scale Telegram communities.

Available Plans

Metricgram's plans vary based on:

• Number of groups you can connect
• Number of members tracked per group
• Feature access -- some features like AI chatbots and custom bots are available on higher-tier plans
• Data retention -- how far back your analytics data is stored

Choosing a Plan

Consider these factors when selecting a plan:

• Group size -- make sure your plan supports your member count
• Features needed -- if you need monetization, AI, or custom bots, choose a plan that includes them
• Growth expectations -- pick a plan with room to grow so you do not hit limits unexpectedly

Upgrading or Downgrading

1. Go to Account > Subscription in your dashboard.
2. Click "Change Plan".
3. Select your new plan.
4. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually (with a discount for annual billing).
• Payments are processed through Stripe.
• You will receive an invoice via email for each payment.

Tips

• Start with a plan that fits your current needs and upgrade as you grow.
