Metricgram is a paid SaaS with three plans: Basic, Pro, and Elite. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Elite plan — no credit card required. There is no ongoing free plan. After the trial, access pauses until you choose a paid plan, while your account data remains preserved.

Basic

• 1 group
• Analytics dashboard with 1-year history
• Group and private welcome messages
• 50 auto-reply triggers per group
• Unlimited scheduled messages per group
• Gamification, custom rewards, and leaderboards
• Daily reports
• Daily, weekly, and monthly AI summaries
• 5 AI chatbots per group
• Group invitations and invite source tracking
• Stripe Connect payments and subscriber management
• Community directory listing

Pro

• Everything in Basic, plus:
• Up to 3 groups
• Unlimited auto-reply triggers per group
• Unlimited scheduled messages per group
• 15 AI chatbots per group
• Revenue intelligence
• Priority support

Elite

• Everything in Pro, plus:
• Unlimited groups
• Unlimited AI chatbots
• Full dashboard history (no time limit)
• Dedicated support

Trial and Billing

• New accounts get a 14-day Elite trial with full access to Elite features
• No credit card is required to start
• After the trial, Metricgram access pauses unless you choose a paid plan; your account data remains preserved
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe (annual saves 2 months)
• Prices do not include VAT
• Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period

Changing Your Plan

1. Go to Billing & Limits in your dashboard sidebar.
2. Click "Upgrade plan" or open the Billing portal.
3. Choose the plan that fits your current needs.
4. Confirm the change in Stripe.

Usage and Limits

You can check your current usage against your plan limits at any time in Billing & Limits. This page shows how many groups, triggers, scheduled messages, and AI chatbots you are using versus what your plan allows.
