The fastest way to get help:

  1. Log in to your Metricgram account.
  2. Click the "Help" or "Support" button in the dashboard.
  3. Select "Create Support Ticket".
  4. Describe your issue in detail and submit.
  5. You will receive a response via email, typically within 24 hours.

Email Support

You can also email us directly at support@metricgram.com. Include:

  • Your account email
  • The group name related to your issue
  • A clear description of the problem
  • Screenshots if applicable

Telegram Support

Reach out via Telegram for quick questions:

What to Include in Your Request

To help us resolve your issue quickly, always provide:

  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Browser and device you are using
  • Screenshots or screen recordings if possible

Response Times

  • Support tickets: within 24 hours (business days)
  • Email: within 24-48 hours
  • Telegram: best effort, typically within a few hours during business hours
