Handling Payments and Invoices

Metricgram integrates with Stripe to provide a complete payment management experience for your monetized Telegram groups.

Viewing Payments

All payments appear in two places:

  • Metricgram dashboard -- go to Monetization > Payments for a quick overview
  • Stripe dashboard -- for full transaction details, refunds, and disputes

Payment Information

For each payment you can see:

  • Amount and currency
  • Payment date
  • Subscriber name and email
  • Payment status -- succeeded, pending, failed, or refunded
  • Associated subscription plan

Invoices

Stripe automatically generates invoices for each payment. Subscribers receive invoices via email. You can also:

  • Access invoices through the Stripe dashboard
  • Customize invoice branding and details in your Stripe settings
  • Download invoices as PDF for your records

Refunds

To issue a refund:

  1. Go to your Stripe dashboard.
  2. Find the payment in question.
  3. Click "Refund" and choose full or partial refund.
  4. The subscriber will be notified automatically.

Note: Refunds in Stripe do not automatically remove the member from the Telegram group. You may need to handle access removal separately.

Tips

  • Set up Stripe email notifications to stay informed about payments in real time.
  • Review your payment analytics monthly to track revenue trends.
  • Keep your Stripe account details up to date to avoid payout delays.
