Viewing and Managing Members

Metricgram lists the group members and activity it has recorded, with tools to manage supported member actions.

Member List

Open Members in the sidebar to see the full list. For each user you can view:

• Username and display name
• Join date
• Email when Metricgram has been able to associate it
• Message count recorded by Metricgram
• Group status (inside, banned, left, or unbanned)
• Subscription status (if monetization is active)

Searching and Filtering

Use search to find users by name, username, email, or Telegram ID. You can also sort the table by fields like username, name, email, join date, Telegram ID, message count, or subscription status.

Member Actions

In the table you can:

• Export CSV with the group users shown by the current filters.
• Sync users to open the optional advanced extraction flow. This is separate from linking your Telegram account and is not required for normal dashboard tracking or member management.
• Ban or unban users when the action is available for their current status.

Whitelist

With Stripe connected, choose Add to whitelist in a member's actions menu to allow them to stay without a covering Stripe subscription. The Whitelist button and filter show these group-specific permissions. Choose a reason, an optional note and an optional end date. Without a date, the entry stays valid until you remove it; with a date, protection includes that whole day in your time zone. Once expired, the next automatic check can remove the member if removal on expiration is enabled and no subscription covers access. Owners and administrators stay protected.

Important Notes

• You can also open Group synchronization from Group settings.
• The standard bot begins collecting live user and activity events once it is added. Sync users opens Group synchronization; it does not immediately extract users or import messages. If needed, sign in using your phone number, Telegram verification code and two-step verification password. The status Signed in to Telegram confirms that this step is complete. On that page, choose Extract users to update users or Extract topics for a forum group's topics. In the Message history card, choose Import history, Resume import or Import again to act only on the selected group. There is no time or message limit on its available history; signing in or connecting a group does not start recovery. Photos, videos, voice notes, stickers, GIFs and documents are recorded as descriptive labels, without downloading the original files; poll questions and options are kept as text. Messages are assigned to their forum topic, and reactions are imported where Telegram makes them available. History recovery also checks topics; scheduled messages using deleted topics are paused, and the destination warning explains what needs review before reactivating them.
• Some fields can be blank if Telegram has not provided them yet.
• The optional synchronization login does not ask for an API ID or API hash. It is separate from linking your Telegram account or connecting a group, and you can end it with Delete credentials on Group synchronization.

Segments

The Segments page (Growth section of the sidebar) groups members automatically: inactive for 14 days, never posted, new this week, subscribers at risk and subscribers renewing soon. Click Message privately on a segment to open a scheduled message with those members already selected as private recipients. Private messages only reach members who have started the bot, and every send gets a delivery report.

Moderation queue

The Moderation page (Tools section) collects three kinds of items for the selected group:

• Join requests that Metricgram does not approve automatically, for example from links that require admin approval.
• Reported messages: any member can reply to a message with /report, optionally followed by a reason.
• Likely spam: links or channel forwards from members who joined in the last 24 hours, and the same message posted three times in ten minutes.

Nothing is deleted or muted automatically unless you turn on the optional Automatic rules at the bottom of the page: deleting links from new members right away, or muting a member after a number of reports. From the queue you can approve or decline requests, delete a message, ban the member and delete the message, or keep it. The red counter in the sidebar shows how many items are waiting.

Moderators

Click Moderators on the Moderation page to create a single-use invite link. The person who accepts it with their own Metricgram account can work the moderation queue of that group only. Moderators cannot see your other groups, billing, settings, members, revenue or any other manager page, and you can remove them at any time.
