How the Leaderboard Works

The leaderboard displays the top members in your group ranked by their gamification points, driving friendly competition and engagement.

Viewing the Leaderboard

• Dashboard -- the leaderboard widget shows the top members on your group's dashboard
• Telegram -- members can view the leaderboard directly in the group via bot commands
• Daily summaries -- optionally include the leaderboard in automated summaries

Leaderboard Types

• All-time -- cumulative points since gamification was enabled
• Weekly -- points earned in the current week (resets every Monday)
• Monthly -- points earned in the current month (resets on the 1st)

Leaderboard in Telegram

Members can interact with the leaderboard in the group:

• The bot can post the leaderboard on a schedule (daily or weekly)
• Members see their rank, points, and level
• The top 3 members receive special recognition with medals

Customization

• Number of positions -- show top 5, 10, or 20 members
• Display format -- compact (names and points only) or detailed (with levels and badges)
• Reset schedule -- configure when periodic leaderboards reset

Tips

• Weekly leaderboards are great for maintaining engagement since everyone starts fresh each week.
• Highlight newcomers climbing the ranks to encourage new members.
• Consider monthly prizes for the top 3 to add real stakes to the competition.
