Invitations and trackable invite links

Metricgram's Invitations section includes two separate tools for your selected Telegram group:

• Email invitations: send invitations to email addresses from inside Metricgram
• Trackable links: create labeled Telegram invite links to measure where new members come from

Where to find it

1. Select your group in Metricgram.
2. Open Growth > Invitations in the sidebar.
3. Use either Email invitations or Trackable links.

Email invitations

In Email invitations, you can:

• Send invitations to one or multiple email addresses from Metricgram
• Manage direct invitations when you already know who you want to invite
• Review the status of sent invitations from the same section

This tab is designed for direct invitations by email, not for public sharing.

Invite someone to the whitelist

With Stripe connected, tick Add these people to the whitelist when inviting people without their own Stripe subscription, such as guests, team members, people with free access or people whose access is paid for by someone else. It applies to every email in that batch. Optionally set Allow access until: everyone receives the same calendar end date, valid through that whole day in your time zone. Leave it empty for no end date. An invitation cannot be accepted after its end date. Each person is added to the selected group's Whitelist only when they accept with their Telegram account. You can edit their entry later from Members > Whitelist. Regular email invitations and trackable links do not grant whitelist access by themselves. Reprocessing an invitation that was already accepted does not restore an entry you removed or renew one that expired.

Trackable links

In Trackable links, you can:

• Create a Telegram invite link with a label such as X/Twitter bio, YouTube description, or Newsletter
• Copy and share that link in a specific channel or campaign
• See how many members joined through each link
• Revoke links you no longer want to use

Give each channel or campaign its own labeled link if you want to compare them. Counts are joins attributed to that invite link, not link views or proof of who shared it. In public groups, Telegram may use the public group link instead, so some joins may not appear under the campaign link.

Plan Availability

• Email invitations require the Basic plan or higher.
• Trackable links, including creating links and viewing invite source tracking (detailed analytics on which sources bring the most members), are available on every paid plan.

• Public group limitation: Telegram may attribute a join to the group's public username instead of the trackable link, so some public-group joins will not appear under a campaign source.

Important clarification

This feature tracks joins by invite link/source. It does not track "which member invited which other member".

It is also separate from the Referrals section in the user menu, which is only for referring new Metricgram users.
