Sending Group Invitations

Metricgram lets you generate and send personalized invitation links to bring new members into your Telegram group.

How Invitations Work

Each invitation generates a unique Telegram invite link tied to a specific person. This allows Metricgram to:

Track who joined through which invitation
Automatically link the Telegram user to their Metricgram profile or subscription
Expire links after use or after a set time

Sending an Invitation

Go to Subscribers or Members in your group sidebar.
Click "Send Invitation" next to the person's name, or use the bulk invite option.
The invitation link is sent via email. The recipient clicks the link to join the Telegram group directly.

Invitation Settings

You can configure:

Link expiration -- how long the link remains valid
Single use -- whether the link can be used only once
Auto-approval -- whether joining through the link automatically approves the member

Use Cases

Paid communities -- send invitation links automatically after a successful payment
Onboarding -- invite new team members or collaborators
Events -- generate temporary links for event-based groups

Troubleshooting

If an invitation link does not work, check that the group is not set to require admin approval for new members, or regenerate the link from the dashboard.
