Managing Subscribers with Stripe Connect

If you monetize your Telegram group, the Subscribers section is where you manage paid members.

Accessing Subscribers

Go to Subscribers in your group's sidebar. This section shows all members with an active, past, or pending subscription.

Subscriber Information

For each subscriber you can see:

• Subscription plan and pricing
• Payment status -- active, past due, canceled, or expired
• Start and renewal dates
• Payment history and invoices

Managing Subscriptions

• Cancel a subscription -- ends access at the end of the current billing period
• Invite to group -- manually send or resend a Telegram group invitation
• View payment details -- link directly to the Stripe dashboard for full transaction history

Automatic Access Control

When a subscriber's payment fails or their subscription expires, Metricgram can automatically:

• Send a reminder before removing access
• Remove the member from the Telegram group
• Notify you so you can follow up manually if preferred

Tips

• Review your subscribers regularly to spot trends in churn or growth.
• Use the export feature to download subscriber data for your records.
