Setting Up Stripe Connect

Stripe Connect allows you to accept payments directly from your Telegram group members for subscriptions, premium access, and more.

Prerequisites

• A Metricgram account on a plan that supports monetization
• A Stripe account (or you will create one during setup)

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Go to Settings > Monetization in your Metricgram dashboard.
2. Click "Connect with Stripe".
3. You will be redirected to Stripe to either:

- Sign in to your existing Stripe account, or

- Create a new account with your business details

1. Complete the Stripe onboarding process, including:

- Business information

- Bank account for payouts

- Identity verification

1. Once connected, you will be redirected back to Metricgram.

After Connecting

• Your Stripe account status will show as "Connected" in your settings.
• You can now create subscription plans for your groups.
• Payments go directly to your Stripe account. Metricgram does not hold your funds.

Important Notes

• Stripe fees apply -- Stripe charges standard processing fees on each transaction.
• Payouts are managed entirely through your Stripe dashboard.
• You can disconnect Stripe at any time, but existing subscribers will need to be migrated manually.
• Metricgram supports multiple currencies through Stripe.
